We are so excited to bring the story of Cheshire’s “Mammoth Cheese” to life at the
2nd Annual Cheshire Cheese Fest!

Visit the Cheshire Cheese Press monument, then enjoy exquisite tastings of wine, beer, cider and beer pairings. Food will be presented by chef Xavier Jones, owner of Big Daddy’s Cheesesteak, Mountain Top Country Meats, and the Adams Cheshire Little League Concession.

The beer garden will feature beers produced exclusively for Cheshire Cheese Fest, from Wandering Star,  and Shire Breu House. Demarsico Wine cellar and Headwater Cider Company

This year will feature a Cheese Cave serving samples of local artisanal cheeses and a 'MINI" 25lb Mammoth Cheese special for the event.

But what to do with the children?! Oh, the children!

With a field full of activities for the kids, you’re sure to please the whole family!

Let the kids burn off their summer energy by jumping in the bounce house, sliding down the giant inflatable slide, and since you’ll be at Cheshire Elementary School…there’s an ENTIRE playground smack in the middle of the festival!

There will also be Bowie the clown face painting, craft stations, with energetic DJ Mark Santella MC'ing it all.

When the kids start to tucker out, or when you need a "cool down", bring them to a reading of “A Big Cheese for the White House” – the true story of the giant cheese made by the town of Cheshire for President Thomas Jefferson.

General admission for adults and kids is $5/person with kids under 5 Free. With a whole afternoon of fun at that price, you won't even have to choose which kid to leave at home!

“Will you have raffles?” Raffles!? Of course! You could win your very own cheesemaking kit, gift cards to the best restaurants, and other really cool stuff.

Did we mention that there will be games for the adults!? Yeah, we’re throwing it back to THOSE days. Join us for the get your wine, beer, and cheese samples on…and then head over for  mildly competitive games hosted by Berkshire Social Sports Club. You won’t want to miss this insanely cheesy day in Cheshire.

Come on...don't be laugh-tose intolerant.
